Insurance pools
In order to create synergies and major purchasing advantages in our customer portfolio, we have chosen to conduct joint procurements in a number of selected fields of insurance. These insurance pools have a co-ordinated joint maturity date and we procure the entire current insurance pool with a three-year interval. The benefits with these insurance pools is that the insurers’ appetite and interest increase with volume and therefore we get a better scope, price and terms and conditions. Currently, we have the following insurance pools active.

Complaints
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a service we have provided, you must notify us as soon as possible. If you have a complaint, you should first contact the employee you have been in contact with regarding the matter you want to make a complaint about. Should you still be dissatisfied after that you can proceed by contacting our complaints manager in writing.

General Terms and Conditions of Delivery
In our general terms and conditions of delivery, the commitments and obligations that are imposed on us and the customer are governed by a concluded assignment contract. We have general terms and conditions of delivery, but also specific delivery terms and conditions for individual group insurance policies or pool insurance policies. These delivery terms and conditions can be found on the member's pages of each organization or under product-specific insurance policies on the website.

GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation
On 25 May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force. The GDPR, which replaces the Personal Data Act, imposes more stringent requirements on the processing of personal data. The personal data we collect is processed according to the laws and regulations that apply at the time.
Adekvat Försäkring has the role of a data processor for the processing of personal data in relation to the groups and associations that we have contracts with. For example, the personal data we process may, for example, include name, address, date of birth and e-mail address. These data is necessary to fulfill our commitments and our assignment as insurance mediators and for direct contact with the officials who, among other things, deal with insurance matters. Personal data can also be used to provide information about other products and services, for marketing purposes, statistics, as well as market and customer analyses. Personal data is be processed by us only for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing and may also be submitted to authorities if we are required by law to do so.
You can always get information about what personal data we process about you and for what purposes. You can change some of your data and approvals as well as request that data be corrected or deleted. If you are unsure if we process data about you, you are also entitled to receive information about whether we do or not.
